Nestled along the shores of Lake Jocassee, with a
picturesque background of the Jocassee Gorges Wilderness
Area, lies Devils Fork State Park.
Visitors to Devils Fork State Park can all agree that
it provides one of the best vistas available at any
upstate park. Located on the south shore of Lake Jocassee,
a cold, clear mountain lake, the park offers a vast
variety of recreational escapes for all.
Lodging varies from modern day mountain
villa's to a primitive tent site, with hot showers and
a park store nearby.
There
is a $2.00 park entry and ramp launch fee.
Annual Passes
are available for $50.00, and can be purchased at the
Park Office or at any other SC State Park. Annual
Passes are good at all SC State Parks.
