Great friendly service from Stephanie at Jocassee Keowee Rentals!!! Rented a 24’ pontoon in December 2020. Called and had boat reservation in 5 minutes for later the same day. Stephanie had the boat at the dock ready for us to hop on and provided safety gear and a well marked map of the beautiful waterfalls on Jocassee to explore. Nice boat in good shape that zipped around the lake just fine with 115 HP outboard. Then Stephanie went the extra mile after noticing and chatting about our car sick puppy to bring us anti-nausea pills for our car trip home. Stephanie is a rock star!! Great experience and highly recommend.

My boyfriend and I stayed at the Keowee-Toxaway state park at one of the primitive campsites but didn't realize how hectic the hike would be getting our things to the campsite so we were recommended contacting Jocassee Keowee Rentals to rent a canoe, which was a life saver! Stephanie delivered the canoe to us and let us keep it throughout our entire trip for a decent price and even told us about a few good spots to canoe to in the area! Very thankful!

From my initial contact with Stephanie to inquire about renting a pontoon boat, dealing with her was a true pleasure. She made sure my wife and I were met at the boat landing on time, we were shown how to operate the boat, given a map as to where to find waterfalls, and just generally made our day unforgettable. Coming in from out of state and not knowing much about Lake Jocassee, we were so lucky to have chosen the Lady of the Lake, Stephanie Couch, as our point person for a pontoon rental for 5 days. She was personable and enthusiastic and just plain nice. With her top notch employees (Bonnie, Al, Rick, Melanie) we made a timely pick up, refuel and drop off. This seemlessly coordinated effort allowed us to make sure all our guests had an awesome 5 days of “pontooning and waterfalling”. To Stephanie’s credit, we did have a ladder issue which was resolved amicably and to our satisfaction, completely. What a pleasure it was to use her company and her services. We will be back.

Our trip was absolutely incredible, to say the very least. We called to get a boat at the last minute, and not only did they more than make that happen at the drop of a dime, Stephanie then let us upgrade to a larger pontoon and rent us a tube after we arrived. I cannot say enough about how satisfied our group was with our experience. Stephanie showed us all the Jocassee sights on a map before we left, made sure we were very well informed of any possible issue that may occur on our trip, and even drove it over to pick the rest of our group up before our departure. EXCELLENT, EXCELLENT service. I will surely be using this company for any future Jocassee lake trips.
